I called All American early Tuesday morning and the owner was at my house that afternoon checking everything out. He took his time and showed me videos of everything he came across and explained everything in great detail. He had his crew out on Thursday and had everything finished by Friday. I can't recommend them enough!

Mike and Morgan were quick to come out and give us estimates after hours on a new unit. They are very friendly, professional, punctual, and he explains things well and is very knowledgeable. They were very patient with our many questions and concerns. They and their work team did an excellent job, Mike worked on an issue we had after hours to get us up and running then checked to see how the unit was doing later that evening. They work hard for a great experience and we appreciate all the effort and time spent. We feel like they went above what most companies do to make their customer happy. I love that this business is veteran owned and operated. I love that it is a family business, Morgan contacted me to set up an appointment and kept me updated all the way up to my apt. Mike was personable yet professional, knowledgeable but didn't come across as a know it all. Mike was upfront about procedure and what working with their company would mean for us, how they differ from other companies. Having had several other estimates from other companies I was very impressed he looked at things other companies seemed to have dismissed. Would absolutely recommend to friends.

I just bought a house and found out that the HVAC system needed to be updated/replaced. All American HVAC services responded immediately when I called them and they came out the next day. Mike and Morgan are the best! They helped diagnose the existing 20 year old unit, took personal time out to help us get financing on a new replacement unit and then a quick turn around installing the new unit. They were here for it all. Once the new unit arrived we had an appointment for install within a few days and when they arrived on site had the new unit up and running in under 3 hours! I can’t recommend them enough. Working with All American HVAC Services was a dream!
This past Saturday, 1/28/23, my mother-in-law had a major issue with her HVAC located in her attic. The wiring inside basically caught on fire, melted and there was smoke inside of her house but fortunately the breakers tripped. Calls were made to a HVAC company we have used for years. No one answered and unknown to us they had discontinued their weekend / after hours service. A call was made to All American HVAC. They answered quickly, came out immediately and evaluated the situation. As my wife and I were out of town Michael and Morgan not only checked the unit but actually stayed with my mother-in-law until our children could help her pack and move out of the house. This was going the extra mile! Since we were out of town Michael actually talked with us by phone and provided us an update and pictures. On Monday they ordered the necessary equipment needed and started the installation / repair on Tuesday. They literally worked until 11:00 PM to get the system installed and running. Again going the extra mile! They came back out on Wednesday morning to check things out. We are so thankful for a company that provides such personal service and shows genuine concern for others. We highly recommend All American HVAC.
I live in a completely different state but had noticed water dripping out of a vent on the outside of my house . I messaged Mike, he was able to help walk me step by step on what needed to be checked. Come to find out my AC drain was leaking in the roof of my house. He was able to help me get it resolved quickly. Honestly he’s is the best! 10/10 recommend him for all your HVAC needs!

After our heat went out several weeks ago during a cold snap, we needed someone to come out short notice. The team at All American HVAC was very responsive setting up an appointment & arrived on time as promised. Our very old and tired unit finally crapped out a few weeks ago just as it was starting to get cold. We decided it was time to start over with a new unit and Mike was eager to help. He came out to make sure that was in fact the route we needed to take. His guys showed up three days later and spent the day tearing out and installing the new units inside and outside. Initially, there were some issues due to needing a new thermostat that we didn't realize until late into that night(Friday). We reached out and Mike offered to drive back out to us(an hour away) at 10pm to check it out. We declined lol, but we were impressed that he didn't even hesitate to offer. He came the next morning while we were away and stayed until he made sure our house was nice and toasty for us when we made it home. We are very pleased with their work and will definitely recommend him and his team to everyone.
You never want to be told that the new commercial building you just purchased has to have a new AC unit after you’ve already closed…but here we are. But special thanks goes to All American HVAC Services for taking such good care of us! I’m too fat to be hot and they went above and beyond to make sure I was fixed up and never stopped shopping until he got me the best deal. Give these folks a call! Michael and his company go above and beyond for anyone who gives them a chance. They had three workers that stayed to replace parts on our system till after 8 PM just to make sure it was done well and perfect in one day and our system works now better than it ever has. The owner himself even came out around 7pm with his family to help his men because they broke a tool that they couldn’t find a replacement for in town. We live almost an hour away so to see them treat us so well was absolutely amazing. We have had nothing but poor experiences with HVAC companies in town but we will gladly call All-American HVAC for every need in the future.
